Q. How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
A. You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from Jhamb Threads once your order has been successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.
Q. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
A. The shipping address of your order can only be modified if your order hasn’t been packed yet at our warehouse. To modify your shipping address, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number, track your order real-time on the service provider’s website,

2. Type in the tracking number provided in the mail in the Tracking section and check the status

Q. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
A. Our average delivery time is 12-20 business days, please get in touch with our Customer Care team in case you need Early Delivery.

For Indian Customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.We understand that for customers outside India, it's important to note that the price provided does not include duties. We genuinely care about your experience and want to ensure transparency.
