All orders placed with Jhambthreads are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been placed or delivered.

Alterations:
If any alteration is required, we are happy to assist. For international orders, alteration-related return shipping must be covered by the customer.

Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins and cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.
